1993 WWF Lex Luger Poster – Titan Sports Original
1 OF 1 · NO RESTOCK
Titan Sports published this poster in 1993, right at the height of the WWF's "Made in the USA" campaign built around Lex Luger. Vertical bold "LUGER" lettering against an American flag backdrop. Framed. One copy.
The summer of 1993 was the whole setup. Luger bodyslammed Yokozuna on the USS Intrepid on July 4th, and the WWF spent the rest of the year trying to convince fans he was the next Hulk Hogan. The "Lex Express" tour followed. The SummerSlam main event title shot at Caesar's Palace followed. The poster art from this period leaned hard into red, white, and blue at every turn, placing Luger in the visual language of 1980s Americana the WWF had built around Hogan and never fully retired. Titan Sports was the corporate entity behind WWF product through the early-to-mid 1990s, and their licensed poster output from this run is scarce now because most of it got tacked to bedroom walls and destroyed. A copy that survived framed and intact is the exception, not the rule. By late 1993 the push had quietly stalled, Luger lost to Yokozuna at Survivor Series, and he was gone to WCW before the year turned. The poster is a document of the six months WWF put full machine weight behind a guy and the result stayed genuinely contested among fans.
The moment WWF tried to build a new Hogan and the audience said not quite.
This copy is framed, which tells you it was handled by someone who cared about it from early on. That kind of early preservation is what keeps the colors readable three decades out. The flag imagery prints bright on posters like this when they're kept out of sunlight, and the vertical lettering is a design choice you don't see in later WWF poster work. Check the frame backing and the paper at the bottom edge for any moisture warping before you commit to hanging it.

Attitude Era Archive
WWF's 90s stretch ran hot and strange. Shirts, magazines, and figures came out of a locker-room-to-retail pipeline with zero prestige intent. The ones that made it through are creased, foxed, sun-hit, and still loud. Keeping them intact is the job. We document what survived and photograph it in the condition it arrived in.
