Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS, and you will receive tracking info by email once your order ships. Browse our latest arrivals while you wait.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 28 countries worldwide including Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached if applicable. Because every item is one-of-a-kind vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us at info@keepitclassiclv.com to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item back. See our Condition Guide for details on how we grade every piece.

What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

If something arrives damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@keepitclassiclv.com with photos and we will make it right.

Condition Grading

How do you grade the condition of your items?

Every item is inspected by our team and graded on a four-point scale: Excellent, Great, Good, and Fair. The condition is noted in the product description, and our photos show the item from multiple angles so you can see exactly what you are buying.

Authenticity & Sourcing

Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item in our shop is an original — no reproductions, no reissues. We source from estate sales, vintage markets, private collections, and warehouse lots across the country. Our team inspects and photographs every piece before it goes up for sale. Learn more about how we do things on our About Us page.

Sizing

Do vintage sizes run the same as modern sizes?

Vintage sizing often runs differently from modern sizing. A vintage Large might fit more like a modern Medium or XL depending on the era and brand. We include size tag details in our product photos so you can compare. When measurements are available, they are noted in the listing. If you need specific measurements on any item, reach out and we will get them for you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Where is Keep It Classic located?

We are inside Downtown Container Park at 707 Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada — right near the Fremont Street Experience. Come browse vintage clothing, retro video games, VHS tapes, and collectibles in person. The shop hits different when you can dig through the racks yourself.
