Returns and refunds - 14 days

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original condition for 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, ship it back at your cost. We deduct $7 USD from your refund to cover the return label, regardless of package size. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt and inspection.

In-store purchases at 707 E Fremont St Ste 1170 are eligible for exchange or store credit only; no cash refunds.

Final-sale categories (clearly marked at checkout): vintage tees with documented holes/repairs, sealed retro game cartridges, and any item discounted 40% or more.

Damaged-in-transit: contact info@keepitclassiclv.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damage, wrong-item, and not-as-described returns are fully covered by Keep It Classic. The $7 return-shipping deduction does not apply, and we issue a prepaid return label.
