WWF licensed cotton tee from the American Badass run, the short period after Undertaker dropped the Deadman character and came back as a biker. The character debuted at Backlash 2000 and ran through most of 2002 before the Deadman returned at WrestleMania X8. Black base, centered motorcycle silhouette, flag panels in red, white, and blue. That combination puts this squarely in the 2000–2002 production range, when WWF merch was moving fast to keep up with the gimmick shift.
The American Badass version of Undertaker was a genuine turning point in how the character worked. The Deadman persona had carried WWF through the Attitude Era but by 2000 the supernatural theater was getting long in the tooth. Limp Bizkit's "Rollin'" as entrance music, a real Harley on the ramp, and a biker aesthetic that felt like it belonged at the Hard Rock instead of a fog machine was a calculated left turn. It worked. The program with Triple H at No Mercy 2001 and the Hell in a Cell with Ric Flair at Vengeance 2002 both ran through this character. The merch reflected the shift: less skull and urn, more chrome and stars-and-stripes. Tees from this run circulate far less than the classic Ministry or Deadman pieces, partly because the American Badass chapter is underappreciated as a whole.

This copy reads as a deadstock or lightly worn single from that production run. The black has not faded to grey, which is the first thing to check on a 25-year-old cotton piece at this price point. The flag panel print is clean at the edges, no bleed or cracking visible on the registration lines. Fit runs in the boxy cut WWF licensees were using before the next-to-skin athletic silhouette took over the category around 2003. Run a thumb along the bottom hem seam and check that the stitching is single-needle, not overlocked, which is the construction signature on WWF-era licensed tees before the product line moved to cheaper finishing.
OWNER VERIFY: Confirm production year falls within the American Badass character run (Backlash 2000 through WrestleMania X8, March 2002) by checking the WWF logo style on the tag, pre-scratch logo indicates pre-May 2002.
