WWF Rebellion 2001 is a sealed VHS release of the UK-exclusive pay-per-view that never aired on American television. The event ran in Manchester, England, making it one of the few major WWF cards of that cycle that U.S. fans could only access through home video import. The cover art carries the Union Jack fist design that became the visual signature of the UK-market WWF releases, and the shrink seal is intact on this copy.
October 2001 was deep inside the Invasion angle, with the WWF roster absorbing the remnants of WCW and ECW into a single storyline that consumed the entire year. Rebellion sat in the middle of that stretch, a loaded card headlined by Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kurt Angle, with Chris Jericho, The Rock, and the rest of the working roster filling out a show that had no equivalent stateside coverage. The UK market had its own pay-per-view history going back through Insurrextion and Capital Carnage, and WWF leaned into it: these events were produced with their own commentary teams, their own crowd energy, and their own VHS releases pressed for British retail. American collectors who wanted Rebellion in 2001 were hunting import shops or asking friends across the Atlantic. That access gap is exactly why sealed copies of these UK-market tapes are harder to locate than their U.S. counterparts of the same period.

This copy is factory sealed, shrink still on. No creasing on the case, no sticker residue, no shelf fade visible from the exterior. The ribbon sits flat with no visible shift from the spine side. For display, the Union Jack fist cover reads well at shelf height and the WWF scratch logo on the spine is clean. If you are buying to play it, the factory seal is a one-time decision, so factor that into how you value the unopened state. The tape window on the short edge of the cassette is where you will see if the ribbon has shifted during storage, so inspect that before committing.
