Logo Athletic put out some of the best licensed NFL graphics of the 1990s, and this St. Louis Rams tee from that run is a strong example of why the brand held so much real estate on the racks. Size Large, vintage cut. The base is a tan khaki ground, which was not the standard move for Rams apparel at the time. The graphic leads with the curling horns in navy and gold, the full St. Louis identity before the franchise packed up and headed west again.
The Rams relocated to St. Louis in 1995 and spent the back half of the decade rebuilding before Dick Vermeil and the Greatest Show on Turf turned the league upside down. The 1999 season is the obvious reference point: Kurt Warner coming out of nowhere, Marshall Faulk at the peak of his dual-threat dominance, Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt stretching the field. Logo Athletic was in full production through those years, putting out screen-printed tees, crewnecks, and sideline gear that now represent some of the cleanest surviving paper trails back to that roster. The tan khaki colorway on this piece is not the standard issue. Most Logo Athletic Rams tees you will find are the royal blue or white base. This one ran a different palette, which makes it harder to date to a single season but puts it clearly in the mid-to-late 1990s production window when Logo Athletic was experimenting with alternate colorways across multiple franchises.
A franchise in transition, a city's two decades, a logo that outlasted the zip code.
This copy presents well. The graphic is intact with no major cracking or lift visible on the horns and lettering. Color retention on the gold reads warm rather than faded out. Logo Athletic tees from this period were cut roomy through the chest, so a tagged Large fits closer to what a modern buyer would call an XL or an oversized L depending on build. The label at the collar back is where Logo Athletic printed the license details and size designation. Run your thumb across the label stitch to check for separation at the left seam, which is the first point to go on these when they have been washed heavy.
OWNER VERIFY: confirm production year falls within St. Louis era (1995–2002) against label copyright line or NFL Properties trademark text.
The 90s Rack
The 90s rack is where most of the shop's apparel lives. Team tees, tour shirts, promotional jackets, wrestling pullovers, movie tie-in prints that nobody saved on purpose. 90s production runs were large and the survivors are the ones that dodged the rag bin. Each garment is measured flat, photographed on a neutral ground, and listed against the tag size.
