1999 Tennessee Titans Rock Shirt
1 OF 1 · NO RESTOCK
The Tennessee Titans "TITANS ROCK" shirt is a first-year franchise tee from 1999, the NFL's official licensing machine running at full steam. Navy cotton base, "TITANS ROCK" in red block lettering with an Earth graphic filling the text, AFC logo at upper left, the flaming T-comet at lower right. This is not a bootleg and not a reissue. It is the real merchandise from the Titans' actual first season in Tennessee after the franchise relocated from Houston and dropped the Oilers name for good entering the 1999 campaign.
What 1999 meant for this team is hard to overstate without naming names, so here are the names. Steve McNair at quarterback. Eddie George running behind a line that made real believers out of skeptics who thought the relocation would produce a rebuild-and-wait situation. The Titans finished 13-3 in the regular season, won the AFC Championship, and went to Super Bowl XXXIV in Atlanta in January 2000 against the St. Louis Rams. Kevin Dyson. One yard short. That game is one of the ten or fifteen most-remembered Super Bowls in the history of the format, decided on the final play. Merchandise from this specific window of the franchise, the inaugural Tennessee season colliding with that Super Bowl run, does not surface often, and when it does it tends to carry the AFC logo placement that this shirt uses, which is the correct licensing configuration for that period before branding standards were standardized league-wide.
Planet-through-text treatment, one-season wonder, never revisited after the Super Bowl run.
The shirt is vintage single-layer cotton, which means it carries thirty-plus years of character in the drape and hand feel. The Earth graphic inside the block lettering is the visual detail that makes this one worth pulling off the rack. Screen print on that design tends to craze at the edges over time, so inspect the letterform borders for cracking or separation. The flaming T-comet at the lower right is a secondary graphic that often fades before the main chest print does. Check the cuff seam for tightness and the collar ribbing for rollback, both reliable indicators of how this piece was stored and washed across the last two and a half decades.
OWNER VERIFY: 1999 production year and first-season Tennessee Titans licensing confirmed against label and print registration on the actual garment.

The 90s Rack
The 90s rack is where most of the shop's apparel lives. Team tees, tour shirts, promotional jackets, wrestling pullovers, movie tie-in prints that nobody saved on purpose. 90s production runs were large and the survivors are the ones that dodged the rag bin. Each garment is measured flat, photographed on a neutral ground, and listed against the tag size.
