Vintage Disney The Incredibles Movie Promo Shirt Size XL
1 OF 1 · NO RESTOCK
Disney Pixar's promotional merchandise for "The Incredibles" hit retail in late 2004, and this XL tee is the real thing from that original theatrical push. Red ringer body with black contrast collar and cuffs, centered chest print carrying the gold and maroon oval Incredibles family emblem with lettering beneath. Promo shirts from this cycle were built to circulate at events, screenings, and partner retail floors rather than sit on a peg hook for years. The ones that survived in clean condition are considerably harder to find than the mass-market Walmart buys from the same year.
"The Incredibles" opened November 5, 2004, and arrived at the peak of Pixar's run before the Disney acquisition closed in 2006. The film followed "Finding Nemo" (2003) and "Monsters, Inc." (2001) out of a stretch where Pixar could not release a dud if it tried. Brad Bird directed, coming straight off "The Iron Giant" (1999), and the superhero genre in 2004 was mid-transition: "Spider-Man 2" was in the same summer corridor, Christopher Nolan's "Batman Begins" was a year out, and the MCU did not yet exist. A PG-rated animated film doing serious superhero mythology was a genuine swing. Promo merchandise from that exact theatrical moment, before the franchise extended into sequels and parks saturation, represents the piece in its original context. The "Incredibles 2" sequel did not arrive until 2014 years later, in 2018, which means anything from the 2004 run has 14 years of distance from the follow-up wave.
Promo tee from Pixar's first superhero bet, built like a costume piece before the box office proved the gamble.
This copy reads clean at a glance. The ringer contrast at collar and cuffs is one of the first places on this construction to show cracking or separation, and both appear intact here. The chest emblem print, gold and maroon on red, has the kind of color density that holds when the garment was stored rather than worn hard. Tagged XL, which on 2004-era promo construction typically runs closer to a modern fitted large than a contemporary XL cut. Check the collar rib seam where it meets the shoulder: on original promo pieces, the stitch line sits flush with no pulling or gap, and that's the detail that tells you whether this shirt was worn once or worn often.
OWNER VERIFY: Confirm 2004 theatrical release promo designation vs. post-release or sequel-era reprint by checking the interior tag for copyright date and any distributor or promotional partner text.

Y2K Rack
Y2K apparel at the shop is the tail end of the physical-shirt era. Chrome graphics, baby-tees, mesh overlays, nylon shells, promotional prints for the y2k entertainment cycle. Much of it was worn hard and binned quickly, which means the surviving pieces skew toward the ones somebody kept on purpose. We photograph them as they arrived.
