Trion Worlds shipped Defiance in 2013 as an Xbox 360 MMO shooter that launched day-and-date with the Syfy series, one of the most ambitious transmedia experiments in entertainment history. Events in the game were meant to influence the show and vice versa, creating a shared narrative universe across two platforms. Standard green case with armored figures on the cover, online-only badge, Mature rating. Servers may no longer be active.
