What to expect each Friday

Most weeks the drop runs 10 to 30 new pieces. The mix depends on what came into the shop that week: vintage tees, NBA and NFL jerseys, Starter and Champion jackets, loose and CIB retro video games, action figures, VHS, and the odd one-of-one piece that does not fit a category at all.

Some weeks we theme the drop on purpose. NBA Finals week leans heavy on throwback jerseys. Spooky season means horror VHS and Halloween tees surface first. WrestleMania week is Attitude Era, nWo, and vintage wrestling shirts front and center. Holiday weeks skew toward gifts: sealed games, boxed toys, display-ready jerseys.

Condition runs the full KIC scale. Every piece is graded in hand on the shop counter before it gets listed. No wholesaler spreadsheets. No guessing from photos.

How to follow the drops

• Instagram first. @keepitclassiclv gets the preview posts the night before and the drop grid Friday morning. Turn post notifications on if you want the heads-up.
• Email list next. Subscribers get the drop link roughly 30 minutes before it goes fully public. Signup is inline at the bottom of this page.
• In person, the same Friday. The shop floor gets the drop too. Ground floor, east side of Downtown Container Park, 707 E Fremont Street, Suite 1170, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. First Fridays of the month run long with extended floor time and usually a few pieces that never make the grid.

First access for subscribers

Email subscribers get the drop URL roughly 30 minutes before the public push. That window matters on the one-of-one pieces. It is also how early-bird customers get a hold put on a piece before it opens to everyone. If you are watching for something specific, tell us. We keep an informal wishlist and we will hold a piece for a subscriber who has been watching.

Custom hunts

Looking for something we are not currently carrying? Tell the shop. Ray and Marissa run custom hunts through our supplier network, estate buys, and show floor runs. Starter jacket in a specific team and size, WCW shirt from a specific pay-per-view, sealed N64 title, throwback jersey with the right patch. If it exists in the vintage market, we can usually source it.

Custom hunt turnaround varies. Common pieces can surface inside a week. Rare pieces can take a month or two. We quote before we commit.

When drops skip

Very rarely, the Friday drop skips a week. Reasons are always one of two: Ray is out of state on a buying trip (which means a bigger drop the following week) or the whole shop is running a pop-up at a convention or event and the team is not at the counter. When a skip is coming, we flag it on Instagram a few days out. It is rare enough that it stays noticeable, which is the point.
