What Cena meant to vintage

For a whole generation of wrestling fans, Cena was the guy. Ruthless Aggression era merch, the chain-gang stuff, the early Word Life tees, the throwback spinning-belt photo cards. That window from 2002 to 2008 is one of the most collected stretches in modern WWF slash WWE memorabilia.

Prices on sealed Cena tees from that era have climbed steadily for five straight years. His last match will not cool that market off. If you have a Ruthless Aggression shirt in a drawer, put it on a hanger.

What we pulled

We built a carousel on the feed of our favorite Cena pieces in the store: early tees, spinning-belt replicas, a couple of action figures from the 2004 to 2007 window, and one photo from a 2007 Las Vegas house show. All of it is on the wall or in the case for anyone who wants to come hold a piece before tonight.
