Shop Dispatch: Royal Rumble Poster, PS2 Re-Verified, and the Cases We Rebuilt

Couple of short ones from the shop floor this week.

An original Royal Rumble promo poster came in. Priced at $500. The paper is clean, the colors are loud, and the creases where it lived in a tube for thirty years are mild enough that framing will absorb them. Flex walked through it on video for anyone who wants to see it close up.

The PS2 case got re-verified. We pulled every unit off the shelf, tested controllers, tested disc reads on one of our sealed games, and put fresh tags on what passed. The ones that did not pass came off the floor. That is how we try to do it.

Glass cases got rebuilt. Wrestling figures got their own top shelf. Loose action figures from the 80s moved to their own case. It will make browsing easier for anyone who comes in looking for one specific line. It also means the displays change more often, which is how we like it.

Why we do the dispatch posts

The feed is always going to be a mix of drops and stories. The dispatches are the third thing: the boring-but-true status of the shop. What got tested. What got moved. What is on the wall this week.
