Dougecks and Elvirastiddies stopped through the shop before heading over to the Austin 3:16 Celebration at @ddtlasvegas.

3:16 Day is March 16th. Every year. The Vegas wrestling scene treats it like a city-wide holiday. DDT runs one of the biggest parties of the calendar. A handful of shops and bars up and down Fremont do smaller adjacent events. By the afternoon, you can walk two blocks and hit three of them.

What they picked up

Why 3:16 is becoming a Vegas thing

Stone Cold's Austin 3:16 promo at King of the Ring 1996 is one of the most culturally significant moments in wrestling history. Vegas, being Vegas, has been slowly converting March 16th into its own parallel wrestling holiday. DDT is the anchor. Our shop is typically part of the loop. Johnnie's WrestleCon booth anchors the Friday of WrestleMania weekend, which often falls the same month.
