A Rare 1994 WWF Holiday Wish Tour Poster Surfaced

A rare piece of paper surfaced at the shop this week. A 1994 WWF Holiday Wish Tour promotional poster, flat and clean, with the corners mostly intact.

What the Holiday Wish Tour was

The WWF ran a short house-show circuit around Christmas in 1994 under the Holiday Wish Tour banner. Bret Hart was in the world title picture. The Undertaker was running wild. The tour card hit secondary markets in the Midwest and South, with the big cities getting the Saturday Night Main Event slots.

Because these posters were printed for individual arenas and pulled down after the show, survival rates are low. You see the Madison Square Garden and Nassau Coliseum posters at auction fairly often. The smaller-market Holiday Wish Tour posters are harder to find in any condition.

This one is a small-market print. Good color. Minor handling wear along the right edge. Otherwise as displayable a piece of 1994 WWF paper as you will find without paying museum prices.
