Vintage WWE Sandman T-Shirt Size XL
1 OF 1 · NO RESTOCK
WWE-branded Sandman shirt, size XL, almost certainly from the mid-2000s ECW revival period when Vince McMahon acquired the ECW library and relaunched the brand under the WWE umbrella in 2006. Black tee, front graphic featuring The Sandman, one-of-one piece in the KIC inventory right now.
The Sandman's run in ECW was one of the most committed character executions in American wrestling through the 1990s. Kendo stick, Singapore cane entrance, canned beer, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica blasting through the ECW Arena in South Philly while the crowd sang along and the building nearly came apart. When WWE relaunched ECW as a third brand alongside Raw and SmackDown in June 2006, The Sandman came with it, cane and all. The revival ran on Sci Fi Channel through 2010, and the merchandise that came out of that run belongs to a specific category: WWE production values on ECW marks, which is exactly what you get here. The Sandman never had the crossover commercial footprint of an Austin or a Rock, so shirts from any point in his career move in collector circles rather than mass-market bins. That scarcity is real. The South Philly faithful who watched him bleed through the original ECW years would barely recognize the Sci Fi Channel packaging around the same character, and that tension is baked into every piece of merchandise from the revival.
Eleven minutes of Metallica, two beers, one cane: ECW's greatest entrance bottled by WWE.
This copy is black, XL, and carries what reads as WWE-era ECW front graphic based on the current body description. Print adhesion and collar stretch are the first things to clock on any single-copy vintage shirt in this age range. Cracking on the graphic is the next check, especially on high-contrast prints from this production period where the ink sits thick over a dark base. The cuff seam on both sleeves is where shrinkage and wash distortion show up earliest on shirts from this run, so put your thumb on it before you decide.
OWNER VERIFY: WWE ECW revival period (2006–2010) vs. earlier independent ECW merchandise run, confirmed by label and copyright line on the interior tag.
Eleven minutes of Metallica, two beers, one cane: ECW's greatest entrance bottled by WWE.
