Vintage NSync Tapestry
1 OF 1 · NO RESTOCK
Late-1990s woven NSync tapestry, produced during the peak of the group's commercial run, depicting all five members in coordinated black suits with microphones in hand. The band's signature star-and-flame logo runs across the bottom in gold and blue. Heavy woven construction with fringed edges on all four sides. One piece, one wall.
NSync moved from regional Orlando buzz to full-on global saturation fast. "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me" were still a year or two out when the merchandise wave hit bedrooms across North America, and the tapestry format was exactly where that energy went. Posters tore. Tapestries stayed. The woven goods that came out of the 1998-2000 window were heavier than the standard lithograph or iron-on transfer shirt, built to hang and take the abuse of a teenager's bedroom wall. Merchandisers were moving everything with the five faces on it, but the tapestry tier required enough production investment that the quantities were smaller than the poster or tee runs. You see fewer of them now. This is a surviving example in that upper tier of the merchandise catalog, and the gold and blue colorway on the logo reads clean even at a distance, which is the whole point of a wall piece.
Jacquard-woven, fringed on all sides, and built to outlast the chart run it soundtracked.
The construction here is a tight woven weave, not a screen-printed blanket. Run your hand across the image area and you'll feel the texture of the thread, not the tacky surface of a print. Fringe is intact on the edges and shows no significant matting or knotting. The image itself, five guys in black, gold logo below, is the classic formation shot that appeared on most of the major merch from this period. No fading visible on the gold. Color saturation on the suits reads dark and consistent. Hang hardware or rod pocket situation at the top edge is worth checking before you commit to a display method.
OWNER VERIFY: Confirm production year falls within the 1998–2001 NSync merchandising run, not a later reissue.
